507 University Avenue is in a prime, unbeatable location along a bike path that extends from University Avenue to main campus. Students flock to the bars and eateries of Marshall Street, and 507 University Avenue is a convenient short walk from it all.
The building is across the street from the Connective Corridor route. Connective Corridor is a Syracuse University sponsored bus that is free for students and connects them to north and south campuses, and a wide range of destinations available in downtown Syracuse such as Armory Square and the Everson Museum of Art.
Walnut Park, home to many celebrated university staples like fraternity/sorority row and Mayfest, is also within very close proximity.
