1206 Harrison Street has a light blue façade with five large frontward facing windows and white sunburst window pediments reminiscent of a quaint beach house. It contains five apartments, which range from two to four bedrooms and all have private entryways. Some apartments are fitted with overhangs and porches. Each kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Living areas and bedrooms are carpeted, and kitchens and bathrooms are fitted with modern ceramic tiling or paneling.
Every residential building surrounding 1206 Harrison Street is also owned by Campus Hill and occupied by college students so there is no shortage of new friends to be made. It is down the block from the beautiful greenery of Thornden Park, which hosts Fitness in the Park, Shakespeare in the Park, and a myriad of other entertaining programs. The building is within mere blocks of Walnut Park, home to many celebrated university staples like fraternity/sorority row and Mayfest, as well as the food and fun of Marshall Street. It is also a short walk from the Whitman School of Management. When the night is over, since the topography along the south side of the street is elevated, residents can enjoy a beautiful view of the sunset over the city of Syracuse from their lawn.
The Campus Hill office is across the street and available during business hours for large packages. The Campus Hill building two doors down (1210 Harrison Street) is equipped with full service laundry facilities. Off-street parking is available for Campus Hill residents with permits. Campus Hill is managed professionally with a local office, on-site maintenance, and 24-hour emergency maintenance standing by to assist in the event of an emergency.
